A nice hotel in the middle of the old town. We had a standard room. Would book a comfort room with the next booking.

We booked 3 month ago a superior double or twin room, inspired by the nice photo from the web. In reality, our room was not superior, unfriendly,with small window and tiny bathroom. In fact there are only 2 superior twin rooms and we did not get the nice one.

Very quiet and very close to city centre, a pleasant historic building ,recently refurbished. Have kept some of the old buidling walls as feature- very well done. Well cooked food in restaurant at good price, Breakfast & Dinner was excellent. Bar staff very accommodating & flexible. Security is good with front door manned most of the day/evening. Free Wi-fi! A 5 minute walk to the major square where all the restaurants & action is! Live music, etc.,
Nothing really of note- but No coffee or tea facilities in the room but coffeee served all day in bar area. If you have a car you will find parking an issue. Rigi is a pleasure to walk around!
